Facts
Gregory S. McIntosh,
III
- President and Owner,
The
Florida Bay Seafood Company
Greg holds a BS Degree from
University of Mississippi. After graduation, Greg went to
work for The Chart House in South Florida, a steak, seafood
and prime rib restaurant chain.
In this role, Greg acquired
working knowledge of every aspect of restaurant operations
and was selected to attend The Chart House Management
Training Program to hone his skills in preparation for his
promotion to manager of The Chart House Restaurant in Lahaina, Maui in Hawaii.
Eventually, Greg returned to
Atlanta, Georgia and went to work for The Peasant Restaurant
Corporation, managing The Country Place and The Republic
House, flagship restaurants, both with sales in excess of $4
million per year.
Eventually, Greg decided to apply his
expertise by opening his own highly acclaimed steak and
seafood restaurant in Charlotte, NC known as McIntosh’s
Steak and Seafood. Greg has a unique knack for the
restaurant business which he is applying to the development and
introduction of The Florida Bay Seafood Company, LLC.
David
H. Reilly, Jr -
General Manager and Owner,

LLC
David H. Reilly, Jr. holds a BS Degree from Ithaca College
and an MBA Degree from Sacred Heart University.
David went to work for a restaurant group in
Connecticut
for a couple years prior to entering business school and then
corporate America.
David has
proven senior level marketing, business management and business
development experience working for tier-one business to
business and consumer product companies as well as
professional services
organizations.
Prior to starting The Florida Bay
Seafood Company, LLC, David provided
marketing
communications services and was
teaching Business
Strategy and
Policy as an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern
University.
David
will be
accountable for
general management, marketing,
product and service development,
and business expansion.
