Bill Noonan has always been on the vanguard in the Charlotte area roots music scene.

He has spent the last 12 years with The Rank Outsiders and Gigi Dover and has appeared on NPR’s World Cafe, has performed at hundreds of clubs as well as The Neighborhood Theater and placed #3 on Gavin Radio’s Americans Charts.
