If you should forget your membership card, you can still earn points by submitting your original receipt showing payment in your name to: Florida Bay Seafood Company, 8650 University City Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28213 and your account will be adjusted accordingly. We are sorry, but a faxed or photo copy of your receipt can not be accepted.

Silver King Club benefits and awards available at Florida Bay Seafood Company

Silver King Club members receive 10% all food purchases only.

Points accumulate at the rate equal to 1 point for every $1.00 spent on food and beverages not including tax and gratuity, special discounts and gift card purchases.

Club points earned or redeemed don’t apply to tax or gratuity.

Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points.

Club points are non-transferable.

Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

Points are automatically credited to your account when you present your Silver King Club card to your Florida Bay Seafood server

Federal and State tax liabilities are the responsibility of the cardholder. State laws may prohibit accumulation of points from alcohol purchases only.

Check your receipt for points earned, any errors must be adjusted on the day the transaction was made.

Only one Silver King Club card issued per person.

Members must be 18 years of age or older.

The Florida Bay Seafood Company reserves the right to audit any account at any time.

The Florida Bay Seafood Company may terminate any membership if fraud is suspected.

The Florida Bay Seafood Company may cancel the program at any time.

Unused points expire 18 months from date of issue.

Membership may be cancelled after 6 months of no account activity and benefits may cease including receiving promotional offers, special Florida Bay Seafood awards or special birthday recognition.

Members cannot get credit for visits prior to enrollment.

Not presenting card at time of purchase may delay point accumulation.

The Florida Bay Seafood Company is not liable for points or awards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use. This includes fraud caused by lost cards.
